Wedding
Most of the work we do is in the area of Social Photography where Wedding Photography accounts for most of it.
The service we provide is very personal and we work extremely hard to provide you with an Album or Book of your Special Day that you will treasure forever. It’s not unusual for the Bride to shed a tear of delight when she sees for the first time the finished Album or Book.
The service starts a few months before your Big Day where we meet up and finalize exactly when and where everything will happen.
I will have visited the wedding venue and hotel and will discuss with you where the photos can be taken and indeed will be delighted to hear any special requests.
This meeting is then followed by a complimentary Studio Session where the couple will given a Prewedding Portrait. This session is great, as it allows us to get to know each other and allows me to learn likes and dislikes of the couple.
This session also allows me to show the couple all the latest Albums and Wedding Books which I will have obtained by visiting Photographic Trade Shows in Ireland and London earlier in the year.
On the day we usually visit the bride at her home or Hotel to capture some aspects of the preparation for the Big Day.
After that we go to the church where we will photograph the Groom, Best Man and Groomsmen. We also photograph families and guests arriving. Special aspects of the church or other venues will also be photographed at this stage or later.
During the ceremony itself we will photograph the Ceremony Of Light, Exchange of Vows and Rings and or course signing of register. Other photographs are taken for example the couple coming off the alter and leaving the church by car to be taken to the hotel for the reception.
At the hotel we will cover all the usual shots of families and friends, but it is here that the Bride and Groom have their portraits taken. We usually finish at the hotel with shots of the cake cutting.
